For years, we have given our dogs a form of tart cherry supplements to protect their hips, with amazing results, for six dogs weighing from 90 to 140 lbs. I believe that the amount in each capsule is high enough to provide relief, as I haven't had much pain since taking them. The fact that the supplement is natural, instead of increasing usage of NSAIDs, which can put more stress on your liver and kidneys, is an added benefit. Almost too good to be true!
