Refund policy
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, simply email us at customercare@herbamama.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, our customer care team will send you:

A prepaid return shipping label, and
-
Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
In most cases, a shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost in full — no fees will be deducted.
Return Eligibility

You may return your product within 30 days of the ship date.

Items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.

Opened products are eligible for return under our satisfaction guarantee, but we reserve the right to limit returns in cases of misuse or excessive claims.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We are unable to process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one on Herbamama.com.
Additional Notes
Herbamama reserves the right to verify proof of purchase, limit or decline returns in cases of suspected abuse, and adjust this policy as needed to ensure fairness and product integrity.
