What are the maitake mushroom supplement benefits?

The benefits of maitake mushroom extract are diverse. It helps maintain normal immune function, contributes to heart health and is naturally rich in antioxidants. This combination makes maitake a valuable daily ally for balanced, long-term well-being.

What's the ideal duration with this supplement?

For the best results, consistency is key. Herbal supplements typically work best when taken steadily for at least three months. This gives your body the time it needs to respond and fully absorb the herb’s natural support.

What is the maitake mushroom liquid extract dosage?

For our tincture, the recommended dosage is one (1) squeeze of the dropper bulb added to 2 oz. of water or juice, taken two times daily, or as advised by a healthcare professional. Alternatively, it can be taken directly by mouth. Ensure to avoid direct dropper contact with the skin or mouth to prevent contamination.
